Turkey’s crude steel output up slightly in November

According to data released by Turkey's Iron and Steel Producers' Association (TCUD), the country's crude steel output totaled 3.084 million tons in November, up by 0.2% from a month ago.

In November, the crude steel production made from electric arc furnaces totaled 2.19 million tons, up by 1.6%; that from blast furnaces totaled 892,000 tons, falling by 3.2%, both compared to the figures in the same month of 2012.
